I used to absolutely love drinking ginger ale but it’s so sugary and my teeth are basically made of chalk…so after that, I got hooked in a big way on soda water! I put in everything, watering down juices and enjoying with fruit infusions and the like.
This is a nice and refreshing drink that is great for mid-week (or any time of week) afternoons on the balcony in the sun! And there’s only 3 ingredients and no sugar. You don’t really need a recipe for this one but hey! It’s what we do!
What You’ll Need
Sprig of mint, crushed and torn
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pop it all in a nice glass and tada! You’ve got yourself a nice refreshing mint and lemon mocktail. If you feel like de-virginising it, you could totally add a splash of gin and have yourself a grown up summer drink!
