DIY: Hanging Festive Pine Cones

DIY: Hanging Festive Pine Conesfeatured

We love a project that involves using anything natural! Flowers, branches, leaves…and the versatile pine cone. Good ol’ realiable pinecones can make anything look festive with the appropriate embellishment. So let’s get to it!

You will need…

  • Scissors
  • A hot glue gun and glue
  • Velvet ribbon (could use multiple colours)
  • A few pretty pinecones

Steps

Step 1.

Cut 26cm of velvet and fold in half. With the Velvet side outward place a blog of hot glue and the end and fold 1/2cm over and then glue the inside of the ribbon and fold the other end of the ribbon over so the velvet side is out.
